Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items that are:

• Unused and in their original condition.
  
• In the original packaging with all included accessories.
  
• Accompanied by proof of purchase.
  

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic and personal care products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (such as a damaged or incorrect item), we'll provide instructions for the return and cover the return shipping when applicable. For all other eligible returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
